How long does shipping take?

It all depends on the country/state you are in. Either way, you will receive the tracking link for your shipment in your email once it's available.

But just to give you an idea; if you are in the USA, once the products are shipped, most will arrive within 4 to 7 business days to the continental U.S. For Alaska and Hawaii, it will take more than 10 to 15 business days to arrive.

For orders delivered to any country outside the United States, shipping time usually ranges from 1 to 8 weeks.

What is the shipping cost?

If you are in the United States, shipping is 100% free for any product.

For APPBEAUTY Shade Palettes:

We do not yet have agreements to carry out international shipments: We are working to be able to reach every corner of the world soon.

For the TUMAKEUP Brush Set:

Most international shipments are still free. However, if your location requires a shipping fee, it will be displayed on the payment page.

Before completing the purchase, the cost will appear in the shopping cart, so you can make your purchase in an informed manner.

Do you ship to my country?

For APPBEAUTY palettes: We currently do not have agreements for international shipping, but we're working on reaching every part of the world soon.

For the TUMAKEUP brush set: We currently ship to all countries worldwide EXCEPT Costa Rica, Bolivia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Argentina, and Panama, as we are still looking for a logistics partner to timely deliver orders there.

If, at the time of processing your purchase, you are in one of these countries and the platform allows you to proceed, it means we achieved it, so go ahead!

However, our purchase and warranty policies do not cover returns or exchanges for other reasons.
